We are a UK-based service company, established in 2005, and over the last few years we have built up a range of knowledge within the spa industry.

All our engineers are experienced and we work along side most of the large hot tub manufacturers and have done for the last 4 years.

By expanding into parts sales, we hope to be able to provide the same dedicated service as we aim to give to our service customers whilst providing an efficient and helpful solution to our customers' spa repairs.

We welcome any questions or queries you might have regarding repairs to your spa and can offer any guidance needed.

We will be adding new products and services all the time so if you are looking for something that you can't find on our website, please contact us and we will endeavor to source it for you.

We always try to hold stock of all parts and will always show whether an item is in stock or when it is due to arrive. We hope this will help our customers to understand exactly where they stand with their order and to avoid frustration of late deliveries.
